SIZING

 

Q:What size boots should I order?

A: Our shoes are true to standard U.S. shoe sizes, and standard B width. Please order what you’d normally order!

 

Q: I have wider feet. Will FADSHOE shoes work for me?

A: All of our shoes are designed to be true to standard B-width. If you're a half size, we suggest sizing down. Please refer to the sizing guide for each shoe, as recommendations may vary depending on the style. Our customer service is here to assist you, so don't hesitate to reach out for further guidance.

ORDERING

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal through our secure checkout system. If you’re paying with PayPal Express Checkout, please keep in mind that your order will automatically ship to the address that’s associated with your PayPal account, unless you change it while ordering.

 

Q: Is my order secure?

A: Yes! Our website employs industry-standard security measures to ensure your privacy and the security of your information. Any information that you provide is temporarily transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted using industry-standard safeguards.

 

Q: I need to change my order. Help!

A: Generally, orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours from when the order was placed. For urgent matters, please email at hello@fadshoe.store.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders shipped via standard shipping method are unable to be expedited. While we do our best to process expedited orders as quickly as possible, processing and shipping timelines can vary due to factors such as order volume, holidays, etc. Generally, your order will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) from time of purchase. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next working day. You should expect to receive your order within 7-15 working days for standard shipping depending on your geographic location.

 

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. You can track your order by putting the tracking number into the box and click TRACK button on the 'Track My Order' page.

 

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?

A: You do not need an account to order from FADSHOE. A FADSHOE account is used to track past orders and save items to your shopping cart. If you have already placed an order and would like to set up an account, you can do so Here.

 

Q: I want to return my order, what can I do?

A: All products must be in unworn or unused condition to be eligible for refunds and exchanges. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
